Guizhou China Data Pay Network Technology Co, or China Data Pay, is the first big data assets operation platform built by provincial government and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the first big data-based innovation and entrepreneurship platform in China.
Located in the country's first state-level big data comprehensive pilot area and the eighth national-level new district, the company's shareholders include the Institute of Electronic Science and Technology Information under MIIT, Guian New Area and Shanghai Xiding Topen Asset Management Co.
As a demonstration project in Guian New Area, the company has gained support from a group of officials since its establishment in April of 2016, including Meng Jianzhu, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and head of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Central Committee, and members of the standing committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee Song Xuantao, Qin Rupei and Liu Qifan.
The company's big data product was included in the top 50 excellent big data product of MIIT and the company itself was named as a key enterprise of the National Big Data (Guizhou) Comprehensive Experimental Zone in April of 2017.
Dubbed the "taobao of big data industry", China Data Pay provides the players in the big data industry an authoritative, effective and fair personalized platform for online trade through integrating all the big data resources and exporting data interfaces and solutions.
Its services are offered to approximately one million big data clients. It brings together technology service providers, application developers, governments, experts and scholars in the big data industry to enhance data value through data processing, collision and circulation, then finally builds a big data ecosystem based on China Data Pay.

During the launching ceremony of China Data Pay on Aug 8, 2016, Europe-China Culture and Economy Commission, Fan Xiaoke, head of the China-Europe Sustainable Development Institute and China Data Pay chairman Tang Hanlin signed a strategic cooperation agreement, which promotes China's big data globally and enables the Chinese and foreign data to benefit the society and all of mankind.
According to statistics, China Data Pay has access to 10,000 API interfaces from China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, the National Traffic Logistics Information Center, the General Administration of Customs, Air China, the Ministry of Public Security, China UnionPay, the State Grid, the State Administration for Industry & Commerce, China Meteorological Administration, as well as more than 4,000 kinds of grass-root data.
At present, China Data Pay has set up branches in Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Haikou and California in the US and a professional team consisting of about 500 technicians and marketing staff.
