BaishanCloud secures cooperation agreement with Cedar Holdings
BaishanCloud Technology Co in Guian New Area, Southwest China's Guizhou province announced that it would be cooperating with Cedar Holdings to explore new ways of bringing about corporate digital transformation based on the Application Programming Interface (API) mixed cloud platform.
According to the agreement, both companies will develop an integrated platform to channel their resources in order to meet demand for outside resources and technologies and break the information barrier.
Within a short time, around 200,000 households and more than 400 in-service projects in 20 cities and five provinces in China will be integrated into the platform.
The combination of BaishanCloud's API construction and Cedar Holdings' management platforms will help reduce the iteration period from months to weeks and develop more detailed value-added application for communities.
Ranking 361st in the Fortune Global 500 this year, Cedar Holdings has two subsidiaries both listed in China's A share market. It is now struggling with a lack of timely and stable integration and coordination among different sections.
The cooperation with BaishanCloud will enable Cedar Holdings to integrate all its information data, reconstruct its business and regain some of its value.
Established in Guian in 2015, BaishanCloud is the first Chinese cloud linkage service provider, offering enterprises customized services in efficient applications and data exchanges and it has provided superior services to over 300 large and medium-sized enterprises, including Microsoft, Toutiao, Meituan, and Miaopai.
